Key Responsibilities and Staffing Focus
- Provide nursing care and monitor patient status in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and nursing standards.
- Assess and document patient conditions, interventions, outcomes, and changes requiring escalation.
- Administer medications and treatments within authorized scope and facility procedures.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, privacy, handoff, and incident-reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of assignment.
- Education and clinical experience appropriate to the assigned unit or specialty.
- Current BLS and specialty credentials such as ACLS or PALS when required.
- Successful credential verification, background screening, health screening, and competency checks.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills.
