Assured Staffing Solutions connects Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program providers with dependable, compassionate Direct Care Staff / Caseworkers who support adults participating in psychiatric rehabilitation services. Staff help participants build practical skills, increase independence, strengthen recovery, and work toward goals in their approved Plan of Care.
Key Responsibilities and Staffing Focus
Provide person-centered psychiatric rehabilitation and supportive services consistent with the approved Plan of Care.
Assist participants with daily living, communication, community integration, wellness, employment, education, and independent living goals.
Reinforce recovery-oriented skills and help participants identify barriers to recovery, stability, and independence.
Maintain professional boundaries, protect confidentiality, and respect participant rights and choices.
Complete accurate and timely service documentation in the designated electronic health record.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and case consultation.
Recognize and report safety, behavioral, abuse/neglect, or other significant concerns through required channels.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED/equivalent, subject to applicable program requirements.
Behavioral health, mental health, social services, human services, or related experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries and work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Successful completion of applicable background checks, qualification verification, training, and competency requirements.
