Assured Staffing Solutions helps healthcare organizations recruit qualified Physician Assistants for primary care, specialty practices, hospitals, and other care settings. Candidates are considered based on education, state authorization, relevant clinical experience, specialty needs, and assignment requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Staffing Focus
- Evaluate patients and perform histories and examinations within authorized scope.
- Develop and implement care plans consistent with applicable law, privileges, and practice requirements.
- Order and interpret tests and prescribe medications when authorized.
- Provide follow-up care, patient counseling, and referrals as appropriate.
- Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians and maintain accurate clinical records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an appropriately accredited Physician Assistant education program.
- Current state license or authorization and national certification, as applicable.
- Specialty-specific experience or credentials when required.
- Prescriptive authority or registrations when applicable to the assignment.
- Successful credentialing, privileging, background screening, and facility onboarding.
