Key Responsibilities and Staffing Focus
- Provide nursing care within LPN/LVN scope of practice and required supervision.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate supervising clinician.
- Assist with medications, treatments, and procedures as authorized by law and facility policy.
- Document care, observations, and patient responses accurately and promptly.
- Support patient comfort and daily living needs while following infection-control and safety procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of assignment.
- Relevant experience for the assigned care setting.
- Current BLS or other required life-support certification, as applicable.
- Successful background screening, health screening, credential verification, and competency checks.
- Reliable attendance, clear communication, teamwork, and professional conduct.
