About the Service
Assured Staffing Solutions recruits compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and other appropriate care settings. We seek candidates who promote patient comfort, dignity, safety, and continuity of care while supporting the broader care team.
Key Responsibilities and Staffing Focus
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to supervising staff.
- Measure and record vital signs when trained and authorized.
- Support safe transfers, positioning, meals, hydration, and patient comfort.
- Maintain a safe environment and complete required documentation while protecting privacy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or active status on the applicable state registry, as required.
- Completion of required background checks, health screening, and facility onboarding.
- CPR/BLS certification when required by the employer or assignment.
- Ability to perform essential duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Respectful communication, reliability, patience, and person-centered care skills.
